By creating an account you agree to these rules. They exist to keep Localy useful and safe for everyone.

Not an emergency service

Localy is a community awareness tool. It is not monitored by emergency services and is not a substitute for them. In an emergency, call 112. Never rely on the app to get help.

Describe situations, never people

Reports must describe what is happening at a place. You must not:

name, describe or identify a specific person, or share photos, contact details, links or social media profiles;
harass, threaten, target or discriminate against anyone;
post false, misleading or malicious reports, or report a place you are not aware of;
abuse the points, invite or help systems (for example with fake accounts).

Your account

You must be at least 16, give a real email address and keep your password safe. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Moderation

Reports that are flagged by several people are hidden and reviewed. We may remove reports, remove points and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Accuracy and availability

Reports come from other users and can be wrong, late or missing. The service is provided as is, without guarantees of accuracy or uptime.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fleger Studio is not liable for decisions you make based on reports, or for losses caused by them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data.

Changes and contact
